Itinerary:

Day 1: VIENTIANE – ARRIVAL 

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Vientiane. Drive to visit Haw Pha Kaew, Wat Si Saket, Patousay and Pha That Luang. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: VIENTIANE – VANG VIENG  (B/-/-)

Breakfast. Today we drive to Vang Vieng. On the way visit Tham Chang Cave. Stop at Pathang village and enjoy a boat ride on the Nam Song River, then continue to Vang Vieng. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: VANG VIENG – LUANG PRABANG  (B/-/-)

Breakfast. Drive to Luang Prabang. On the way we visit Phoukhoune, Ban Houn Xay and Kasi en route. Upon arrival in Luang Prabang, then keep to visit to the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrift Wat Mai. Wat Xieng Thong with its roof sweeping low to the ground, King Palace. Climb up to the top of Phousi Hill for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 

Day 4: LUANG PRABANG – PAK OU (B/-/-)

Breakfast. Visit to the city's oldest temple and the magnificent which represent the classical architecture of Luang Prabang house. Then embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River which also givesus a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, stop at the village of Ban Xang Hai, where they make the local rice wine. On return, a short drive to Ban Phanom, well known for its hand weaving, Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: LUANG PRABANG – DEPARTURE (B/-/-)

After breakfast, visit the National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays an extensive collection of artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right up to the last sovereign. Then drive to the magical Kuangsi Waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or explore the forest paths, before transferring to Luang Prabang airport to board flight for next destination.
